Chris Helm

Chris Helm is a director and co-founder of Blueprint Talent. Chris began his career as a Chartered Accountant in the Banking & Securities Group of Deloitte and has since worked in financial and operational roles across several industries. Over the last 10 years, Chris has had a strong involvement in learning and people development and has developed and implemented successful talent identification, retention and recruitment programmes across a variety of organisations.

When not working, Chris can normally be found doing something active. Be it hiking up the nearest mountain, sailing off the south coast or simply relaxing through 18-holes on the golf course, Chris is always busy - and loves it!

Rupert Lee

Rupert Lee is a director and co-founder of Blueprint Talent. Rupert graduated from Birmingham University and embarked on a career in accountancy, qualifying with Deloitte as a Chartered Accountant. During his time there he worked on a variety of projects with organisations ranging from small enterprises to FTSE 100 companies. He was also actively involved in the training and development needs of the Financial Services Group.

Since leaving Deloitte Rupert has worked within financial markets both in trading finance and operational risk. Over the last 7 years Rupert has designed and delivered training & development programmes across the organisations he has worked with.

In his spare time Rupert can be found descending many a mountain, be it on a snowboard or a mountain bike. He also maintains a keen interest in sailing and playing the odd round of golf.
